This was my first visit for service at this dealership after purchasing my used Toyota Camry. I was surprised at how nice the wait room was, with free internet access, coffee, donuts and comfortable chair after purchasing my used Toyota Camry. Each time I worked with Brady Jansen at World Collision. All the staff in this office is friendly, professional and truly accommodating in every way. Brady has always gone beyond the basics in taking care of a customer, extending himself making you feel like he will do the the best job he can to accommodate your needs. This past week while my car was being worked on in Collision, I was offerred transport to Service Department so that I could have Wi-Fi access to use my laptop, which was quite important to me. While I was not being taken care of individually in Service Dept. all staff were friendly and I felt quite comfortable there. While living in various areas of Atlanta over the last 6 years of prowdly owning my Solara, I have found (just in working with Collision Department) that this location is the most comfortable and relaxing environment. Usually I have my maintenace work done in Roswell, but may try World Toyota next time, due to my very positive experiences with this past week at your facility. More

The price I was originally quoted was raised and then the price game began, bringing back new quotes and different salesmen to the desk until finally, the original price was agreed to. If you are told by the salesman that the bank will not finance you unless you purchase an additional $1800 warranty, beware! This is a really dirty trick and a bald-faced lie. I didn't appreciate being told by 3 different salesmen that the car I was interested in had just been looked at by another customer; typical sales gimmick. Also, if your credit is not that great or you don't have much credit history, they will really take advantage of you to the point of an almost illegal interest percentage -- but then again, this could be the case at most dealers in today's credit climate. The only positive from the whole experience was the actual car itself, which is a real sweet gem for a reasonable price -- and in the end, that's what really counts. Truthfully, the customer service was friendly and responsive. If they could have just left off the insulting lies, audacious hoodwinkery and shifty price game/gouge attempts, I would have recommended this dealership. More
I get my RAV 4 serviced at World Toyota and only deal with Dumas Andre. I recently purchased new tires and he was extremely patient, responsive and thorough when working with me on pricing, etc. via e-m with Dumas Andre. Over the yars, my brother and I have always dealt with Mr. Jerry Bearden in the Service Department. He is an absolute gift from G-D. He is so intelligent and always so courteous and patient with us elderly folks. He always advises us on the service necessary to keep our Toyotas in good shape without spending our hard earned, fixed, incomes unnecessarily. He never pressures us like some service representatives at other dealers do. My brother and I both can not commend Jerry and World Toyota enough. I am very pleased with the Toyota Yaris 2009 that I have just purchased from World Toyota. They did not push any car on me and in fact, Matthew McCormick helped me find something that would best suite me. H just purchased from World Toyota. He kept in mind both my budget as well knowing my needs and expectation for a new car. I was able to finance the car through their finance department and Jose Ledoux was very helpful as he helped me get a monthly payment to the rate I needed to be able to make the purchase. I thought I wouldn't be able to afford a new car and was looking for a used car but I believe I got a better deal knowing that I have a 3 year warranty and a company who is willing to meet my expectations. Even after purchasing the car, everyone there is willing to continue to answer questions and assist me. They are not nice and helpful to get you to buy their car, but they still provide the same attention afterwards to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You never know your options until you go in to the dealership and listen to what they have to say. If anything, go ahead and contact them and you can start emailing back and forth to get initial answers answered. By the time you make it in they will be ready to make appropriate recommendations to you. More
