As car buying experiences go, I was very pleased with my experience at World Toyota. The people are friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. I had visited a total of 3 Toyota dealerships (Cobb County, Sandy Springs, and World) to shop and told all 3 of them that I knew exactly what I wanted and that I would purchase from the dealer that gave me the best price. I had been doing business, sales & service, with Cobb County for about 16 years and one specific salesman during that time. They didn't even work for my business - gave me lip service! Sandy Springs tried but only after I told them I made a deposit on a car from World. All this to say that World Toyota was the only dealership that showed real interest in my business. I feel I got just what I wanted at a fair price and terms I wanted. I am looking forward to building a great relationship with the service department in the future. More

We left with a great deal on a Corolla and got an awesome deal on our trade-in. Negotiations were easy and Rod explained the whole process. NOT YOUR TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN! I want to commend this dealership on its excellent customer service. I have never seen a company that truly stands behind its policy of customer first and quality work like this company did for me. I had a problem with my "check engine" and they took great pride in assuring that my vehicle was repaired and repaired correctly. They stood behind their word and their work. I really would like to recognize Mr. Brian Murray the Service Manager, he truly is a manager who gives his word and stands behind it. I have an 11 and 12 year old at home, when it is time for them to drive I will purchase their vehicles from World Toyota. I presently have three (3) Toyota vehicles in my family now and when they need servicing or when I need to purchase a new or used vehicle, there is only one place I will go; that place is World Toyota. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. The car I drive know is getting up in mileage and years, so my wife and I know where we will make our next car purchase; "World Toyota" no doubt. Have a 2004 Camry which I brought in for 30000 mile service. Daniel Joffe was great- identified and repaired two warranty-covered issues (flaky fuel injection sensor and slow coolant pump leak) that I service. Daniel Joffe was great- identified and repaired two warranty-covered issues (flaky fuel injection sensor and slow coolant pump leak) that I was unaware of, and still managed to get things taken care of the same afternoon. I had my 7-year old son with me and Danny definitely made him feel special to be visiting the "mechanic shop." And to top it all off, with email coupon the cost was about $100 less than my local tire center wanted to charge for the same service. More
