Could not have asked for more from Phil Conn, my salesman. He not only knew the Toyota product, but also, the information about other cars (Nissan). His knowledge convinced me to purchase the Camry over the Altima. Jose, the Sales Manager, could not have been more professional, and I did not feel pressured at any point of my purchase. I had a lip spoiler put on the Camry I purchase for my wife and the Jay, accessories manager, checked with me over and over to make sure that I liked the way it looked and that I was satisfied with the cleaning of the car after purchase. Will and Jorome (sp.), Business Managers, were light hearted and both explained all the paperwork during the finance portion of the purchase. By far, this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had during a vehicle purchase. I drove 450 miles to purchase the vehicle from your dealership because of what I viewed on your website. When I arrived back to my hometown (got 439 miles on one tank of gas and still had 3.4 gallons left when I refueled) I had a lady talk to me about the car at the gas pump. I told her where I bought the car and gave her the business card that I got from Mr. Conn. This lady, Mrs McLeod, called me later in the evening and talked further about the car. She stated that she would call Phil the next date because I seemed so excited about my experience. She had a Volvo she wanted to trade in for a new car for her daughter to go to college. They don't try to charge you absurd amounts for rip-off "add-ons" (such as hundreds of dollars for nitrogen in your tires or window etching). Everyone was professional and trustworthy. When I brought my new Camry in for it's 5,000 mile checkup I also had a couple of other items I needed assistance on - one was the panel holding the driver's side top airbag had come loose twice while checkup I also had a couple of other items I needed assistance on - one was the panel holding the driver's side top airbag had come loose twice while the car sat in the heat and the second was to ask if the automatic unlocking of all doors when you turn the car off could be turned off. Both requests were handled without question. Also, when we came back to pick the car up we noticed there was still some "gook" on the front passenger side that the car wash had not taken off along with the front passenger fender that looked almost like it had been missed - this time Stephen (can't remember his last name) was the first (OK, quickest) person to come up and when we told him he took the car back himself and had it cleaned. Terry was also there during that time to check back with us. Both men (plus a female employee) were great in assistance, plus checking back with us to see how they could help more.
