I arrived at the dealership with no appointment, and was greeted by the service representative who was extremely courteous and friendly. He got my vehicle registered for service in a matter of moments and t greeted by the service representative who was extremely courteous and friendly. I waited in a comfortable waiting area where I had access to free (and pretty good) coffee, and free wireless internet service. I was delivered to my office door, and I got a call that my car was ready even before it was promised to me. I was picked up and brought right back to the dealership where Terry was waiting for me with my car - it was even washed and cleaned inside! What a nice surprise! Everyone was as nice and as helpful as could be, and I was 200%+++ satisfied. Thanks so much to everyone at World Toyota, especially Terry. More

We went to their dealership a week ago when they did not have the car of our choice. But as soon as they receive the same, they called me and fixed an appointment for test drive. As we went there, they came out to be very friendly, helpful and enquiring all our requirements regarding my new vehicle. We were really impressed by the friendliness of Roy Samuel who helped us all the way from test drive to price negotiation. We also like the nice interactive attitude of Lisa. We think we got a better deal not only in terms of price of the new car, but also in terms of the trade-in value of our old car. The financing part was also great as the business manager explains all the details and it seems to us that she tries to do fix the terms as much as she can in our favour. I must thank Chris and Jack for their resonable explanation and future service promises and appreciation for our business with World Toyota.
