This is my 7th car, and I don't enjoy the car buying process. So, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at World Toyota. Hasan said to us, "I don't sell cars. I help people buy them." He was the first salesperson who asked us about what it was we wanted in a car and took notes! He chose the perfect car for us to test drive... a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE. We went home that evening, did some research (on Edmunds) and bought that car 24hrs later. We haven't regreted it for a moment. The car's purchase price was a very simple process and took less than 15 minutes. We made a counteroffer which was accepted and went onto the business office. There we worked with Rod Sanderson and Ken Meagher...I actually enjoyed signing the papers (a first!). They were personable, witty and explained everything. We also had the opportunity to meet the general manager of the dealership, Jack Brennan, also very personable. You are given his mobile number...just in case. If you are considering a Toyota, consider this dealership. More

I went to many other dealerships and dealt with many other salesman and felt so wary of them all. Then I met Roy and instantly knew he was genuine and someone I could do business with. There were no twists or turns, just simple honest truth. Unlike other salesman who just wants you to buy and be rid of you, Roy took his time explaining and did not rush us to buy a car. I just bought a new car from World Toyota. The sales consultant was Roy Samuel. He is a genuinely nice man. I don't like to say this often, but I recieved the best service ever in my whole life with Roy Samuel, a salesman of World Toyota. As a customer, I feel that we are entitled to good services. But Roy really made a strong effort and really made me feel great about each process of buying a car with him. He made me feel like that he was selling a car to his own family. He really made sure that I got a good deal and that everything was to my advantage. It is not just about working hard, or giving accurate information, but he really went out of his way to make sure that you enjoy the whole process as well. I definitely recommand anyone to go see him if you are planning to buy a car. More

We're very comfortable with his opinion when we ask for it and never makes us feel like we've been forgotten when waiting on our SUV's. The service area is always clean. I don't think I've passed any employee without them taking the time to say hello and asking "Are you being taken care of". My most recent visit was in the morning. We were taking advantage of your lube and oll change special and my daughter and I haven't had breakfast yet. I asked Nathan if there was some place close by to get breakfast while we wait. He promptly named a few places and said I'll take you any where you want to go and pick you up. So off to Waffle House we went. I called Brian when we were ready to return and Nathan picked us up. After a short wait, Brian told us the Sequoia was ready to go and that everything looked great. We promptly paid our bill and Brian had our SUV waiting just outside and ready to go. This is not an unusual visit, infact, it's a typical visit. That's why we enjoys our World Toyota. More
