This was my first new car buying experience and I am glad that I went to World Toyota. I got a 2010 Highlander SE. On the first day, Ted spent pretty much half the day with us. When I started looking at car that I went to World Toyota. I got a 2010 Highlander SE. On the first day, Ted spent pretty much half the day with us. When I started looking at cars, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. He did a great job helping me find the car with the features I wanted and I am extremely happy with it. I was a little indecisive but he just let me take my time and did not pressure me at all. We went to a few other dealers and none of them had the same relaxed friendly atmosphere. I came back the next day and worked with Larry and Mike to get the deal finalized. They both worked extremely hard to get me the one I wanted, which hadn't even been stocked in yet. Will was great to deal with and made the financial part easy. Ted came in and spent extra time with me showing me all the features and how they work even after I already bought the car. They have done an excellent job on following up with calls and emails to thank me and make sure that I was satisfied with everything. More
I must admit that buying my new 4Runner from Matt McCormick was actually an enjoyable experience. I went to two other delaerships in the Atlanta area, and none were as easy and courteous as Matt. I McCormick was actually an enjoyable experience. I went to two other delaerships in the Atlanta area, and none were as easy and courteous as Matt. I left the other dealerships either feeling unappreciated, or frustrated at the salesman's lack of knowledge. Matt was both thankful for my business, and very knowledgable about his product. The other dealerships were selling a vehicle; Matt was selling a Toyota with pride. I highly recommend World Toyota, and Matt McCormick as your salesman. More
In my last 24 years I have purchased 7 cars, 3 trucks. This is the first time the pushy car salesman was not there. I am always in defence in any Dealership. With World Toyota it was a great experience that I even went back and bought my trade back. C. Mayo, salesperson, did her job well. She made me feel that she was there to sell me a car but also to make me feel that World Toyota will be honest with me, they were. More
This was probably one of the best experience I had in buying a new car. No pressure sales and friendly atmosphere. Just purchased a Rav 4 from World Toyota at Peachtree Industrial Blvd...from the time buying a new car. No pressure sales and friendly atmosphere. Just purchased a Rav 4 from World Toyota at Peachtree Industrial Blvd...from the time we walk in till the day we picked up the car everyone was awesome and helpful. G. Carson and Andy Lee made the buying experience simple and their knowledge of the vehicles was very detailed. Would definitely recommend this dealership, sales person, and sales manager. Look them up if you are looking for a new Toyota you won't be disappointed. It was a nice surprise that Jack the GM came out to talk with us after the sale. Overall, the dealership was very professional and costumer services was A1...Thanks for the experience!!! More

This is the second car we have purchased from World Toyota in 6 months. This time we purchased a used Corolla. According to the Carfax report it was at one time a rental car. Now some folks would proba Toyota in 6 months. This time we purchased a used Corolla. According to the Carfax report it was at one time a rental car. Now some folks would probably run the other way when offered a prior rental, but I have faith in the Toyota product line as well as total faith in World Toyota. I believe that whatever problems might arise will be fixed in a timely manner and with genuine concern. Point of fact. The rail on the drivers side seemed to be having trouble catching completely. We discovered this in our test drive. I would bet good money that most other dealerships would pass it off as not that big of a deal and press for the hard sell. Our sales consultant Korunn Marks did just the opposite and in my view the right response. She said that they would take care of it. She did not say let me check with my manager, she said that they would make it right. That tells me that the leadership of Jack Brennan instills the right attitude in his staff. It empowers them to provide the best Customer Service. Couple this with a superior product and you have a winning formula. From the sales consultants to the finance managers, ours was Ken Meagher and he was the tops, Jack leads by example. I am sure when the time comes for the next car, we will know where to go. More
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I had been dreading buying a new car, especially after we first visited Sandy Springs Toyota where the staff ignored us and then played games with us that wasted our entire weekend. car, especially after we first visited Sandy Springs Toyota where the staff ignored us and then played games with us that wasted our entire weekend. From the moment we walked in at World Toyota the staff were friendly and worked as a team. I really liked Donald Law, our salesman, and his colleague Jose (a manager perhaps)? We also got a loaner while we waited for our new Prius to arrive and the folks in the rental office were fantastic. I never had to wait long and always felt like they were doing their best to make things easy for us. Buying a car is difficult and stressful but they were pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them. More
I hate to buy a car and did not want to but I have 2 10 year old vehicles. I was looking for a Sequoia and the dealership had one. Joh was very helpful and customer service friendly. Did not try to SELL...but get you in the vehicle you want. The negotiations were good, came down to what I wanted and could afford to buy, but not unreasonble for the dealership itself. I recommend them to buy a vehicle..hands down. More
We just bought a 2010 Prius from this dealer and had a great experience. Helpful without being pushy, communicative without bothering us -- just the right level of attention. Although we can't speak to c great experience. Helpful without being pushy, communicative without bothering us -- just the right level of attention. Although we can't speak to competitive pricing (since there really isn't a lot of negotiating with the Prius) they didn't try to oversell us. We were contemplating the III vs the IV and they were honest about the differences and helped us get the features we wanted on the less expensive model. The whole process went smoothly and we would definately recommend them. More
We had a bad experience at Sandy Springs Toyota with bait and switch sales. They seemed much more up front here. The negotiations were faster but they were respectful and reasonable. We are now owners of a prius. More
