I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry in for the recall check. I was immediately greeted by Terry Allen and my experience was not only grea, but quick. Although the actual service was several hours, Terry kept me posted on the status of my car the whole time. I was very impressed and so happy that my car has been taken care of by World Toyota and Terry Allen. They made the recall ordeal quite easy and manageable. I went in with some specific needs and a budget. They were able to find a car that fit the budget, and even lowered the price a little more. When something didn't work out as I expected, Roy made sure t were able to find a car that fit the budget, and even lowered the price a little more. When something didn't work out as I expected, Roy made sure the problem was addressed and he made sure I was taken care of until I was satisfied. Other dealers played game, and I'm not going to say there weren't any here (big glass central area with managers that only sales people can go in to). But compared with a place like Gwinnett Place Honda, who never showed me a single car in the budget I asked, this place was great. On a personal note, Roy was very nice and seemed quite sincere. He really tried to make sure I was happy and satisfied from start to finish. He answered all questions very quickly, and was very patient with my schedule. I would recommend Roy and World Toyota to anyone. More

My experience with World Toyota was by far the most pleasant I've had in shopping for a vehicle at any point in my driving history. The sales persons with whom I interacted were courtesy and informed, and most importantly, I felt they were factual, and that their intention was to lay out their selling parameters, and letting us all judge whether we were within the realm of a deal that was acceptable to all parties. After making an intial offer, I was immediate met with a legitimate counter offer that was very acceptable, and eliminated the need for an over-long "meet in the middle" haggling process. Within two hours, I ended up purchasing a used, certified Toyota Tundra that more than met my expectations (and was the best of the seven trucks I looked at over the course of two weeks) at a great price, and received an acceptable offer on my trade-in. I felt informed throughout the process, and again, cannot say enough about how valuable the experience of dealing with an institution staffed with "straight shooters" really is. From my perspective, World Toyota is in the car sales business, and does just that -- sells cars to people who are in the market for a car; what they don't do is try to force a consumer into a situation they weren't looking for to begin with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Toyota from World Toyota. The car was in impeccable condition and the dealership had clearly put a great deal into making sure it was in l pre-owned Toyota from World Toyota. The good online price brought us to the dealership and the price we ultimately got for the car was thousands less than we would have gotten from another dealership for a lesser car. Our salesperson was Mayo and she was wonderful to work with and patient in answering all of our questions. There was no having to deal with middlemen on the lot, Mayo and the sales manager handled the price negotiations face to face (no back room "checking with her manager" while you sit and wait). They were very upfront in offering a good price for the vehicle from the start, avoiding hours of pointless haggling. They also offered a very fair price for our trade in and made sure our new vehicle was pristine before we drove it off the lot. Front to back it was an exceptional car buying experience. The entire staff at World Toyota made it clear that their number one interest was in helping us purchase the car we wanted at a good price. I would highly recommend them to others interested in purchasing a Toyota. More
