I purchased my new Scion tc from Sonny Ragbir, who was absolutely delightful to work with. I started with another sales person and was turned over to Sonny because he was more knowledgeable about the bra absolutely delightful to work with. Sonny patiently educated me and convinced me a new Scion would be a great vehicle. During the entire process, I felt like he was looking out for my best interests. He helped build a bond of trust -- amazingly without creating an "us" and "them" dynamic with dealer management. He was honest and respectful throughout the experience. He listens well and was very patient with me -- I doubt I would have made the purchase otherwise. Sonny was definitely the greatest influence on changing my mind and convincing me to buy the Scion – which I am very happy with! More

He was very professional and thorough in explaining the service I needed. My car was serviced within the time frame given. I have been advised by Stephen Raymond in the past when I have come in for service. If you are reading this and are thinking about buying a car new/used, GO TO WORLD TOYOTA. Originally, we were headed to the Honda dealership a few blocks away, but figured we should stop at Toyota since t car new/used, GO TO WORLD TOYOTA. Originally, we were headed to the Honda dealership a few blocks away, but figured we should stop at Toyota since they had a decent used car selection. We were immediately greeted by Korunn as we entered the building. She asked us what we were looking for and price range. She took us out to the lot and wrote down all our possible choices and we test drove a 07 Camry. Before we left she noticed the gas light came on and told us we had to make a detour to the gas station. When we got the gas station she asked if we needed anything from inside the store. We politely declined, but was impressed that she even asked. When we returned to the dealership, Korunn made sure that we got everything we asked for, before handing us over to Rod. Rod was very polite and was nice enough to share his space heater with us. He and Derak made sure that I got the payments in the price range I was looking for. After being satisfied with the payments, I left with my new car. After leaving the dealership, Derak called me to let me know he had gotten a cheaper rate for me and I was on my way back to fill out the paperwork. They all wished me a safe drive back to FL. After the weekend Korunn called to make sure I made it safely home to FL and answer any questions I might have. Next time I have to buy a car, I'll make sure to visit World Toyota first. He was great in helping me then and I remember his enthusiasm and good service, even in fixing something very simple on a car not bought at World Toyota. Since then I have purchased a 2010 Prius from World Toyota and have been getting it serviced at World. Over the past few weeks, I brought both cars into World for the recalls and dealt with Ashley Tidwell both times. She scheduled me quickly and the time it took for the cars was even better than expected. She has the same care and concern that Chris had shown me. I will continue to come back to World even though there is a closer Toyota dealer to me because of service advisors like Ashley and Chris. More

I had the best service on Saturday 2/20/2010. As soon as I drove up, Ashley and her Supervisor immediately ask "what can we help you with today?" when i explained the issue to Ms. Tidwell and her Supervisor that my call was on the recall list, they immediately gave me a wait time of one (1) hour and stated that they would give update as necessary throughout that hour. She then escorted me to a packed waiting room where free popcorn and beverage were available to customers. Upon entering, a young lady was giving updates on customers vehicle. Once sitted, another young lady began to fix popcorn for the waiting customers while yet again an update was given to another customer regarding their vehicle. Keeping with this paste, by the time my vehicle was ready, ALL the customers before me were gone. It was a pleasurable experience and I truly enjoyed all that this Dealership had to offer, cudos to the General Manager and Staff, you guy ROCK. More

I had to bring my 2010 Prius in for the recall. Despite being insanely busy, everyone was very friendly and got me out of there in less than an hour.
