Despite having been a loyal Toyota customer for my entire life, I can admit I was a little shaken by the recent recall scare. Nevertheless, I ended up falling in love with a 2007 Camry, and Roy and David bo life, I can admit I was a little shaken by the recent recall scare. Roy eased all of concerns and even had the car re-checked for me. All of my expectations were exceeded because never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something. He listened to me and matched me up with the vehicle that was right for me in every way. I bargained hard, but was treated with respect every step of the way. The leadership team from the GM, Sales Manager, Parts and Service Manager are all first class. They don't ignore you after the sale, but instead focus on building a strong customer relationship. They have these Customer Car Care Clinics on the 3rd Thursday of each month that are a blast. You get to tour the service and parts area and meet some mechanics. World Toyota = World Class! More
