Dear Curtis, Your response to my review stated that there are no records of my visit and suggested I may have mistaken your dealership for another. I assure you, this is not the case. The invoice I received for the work performed lists the same address as your location, confirming that the service was indeed completed at World Toyota. This oversight on your end further compounds the already unsatisfactory experience I had during my visit. To reiterate:     1.    I had a 7:15 AM appointment for an oil change, which took almost four hours instead of the one hour promised.     2.    I was incorrectly advised to replace my battery and windshield wipers, both of which are less than a year old.     3.    My brakes, which were replaced at your dealership a few months ago, continue to squeal, and the issue was blamed on rust—something that should have been addressed at the time of replacement.     4.    The service advisor was argumentative and unprofessional in their communication. I could go on, but what is the point? I am sure you will continue to deflect from the issue at hand and blame the client for your failure as a company. Your attempt to deny responsibility, despite clear evidence to the contrary, is unacceptable. This level of service is not only disappointing but also untrustworthy. Sincerely, Stephen Clark
