The worse experience ever. The girl on customer service 1/15/2022 is rude and very unprofessional. This is the 2nd and last bad experience I have had with this specific location. I decided to search the internet auto dealership websites in the Pensacola area and found the best deal at World Ford. I left a message letting them know that I was interested in buying a Ford Escape SE, and the next day I was contacted by their Internet Sales Manager, Marco Barlow. When I finally met with him, he not only showed me great respect, but he never at any time pressured me into buying the vehicle, whatsoever. Little by little, he went over all of the preliminary steps, until it was time to go and see Adam Quesnel, their Finance Manager. Adam went out of his way to find me the best deal that he could to finance my vehicle at a low rate and a great monthly car payment. Not to mention, their military discount that they gave me. Thank you very much for that Adam. Both are highly educated and best of all, very down to earth family men, who make you feel right at home.
