Lisa let me make all of my decisions and was just there to help in any way that she could. She was with me through the entire process from picking out the vehicle, to attaching the temporary license plate and handing my keys. She wanted to get to know me as a person and not just someone there to purchase an item. The process itself could have gone smoother as far as paperwork, but the 1 for 2 swap complicated things a little. Scott was completely professional and the level of honesty was what set these folks apart from any other dealer I have been to. Lisa and Scott both readily admitted when they did not have an answer, and did not hesitate to ask someone. Without any haggling, we got fair prices well below book value on both of the vehicles. Lisa and Scott both went way beyond the expected level of service, and I will absolutely recommend World Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. In fact, we showed up later in the evening, and the whole team that night helped each other out, and never showed any frustration at working later than normal. This is why I absolutely give my highest recommendation to World Ford! More

Maintenance Broke the Bank Scott White & Jeff Thompson were exceptional during the process of me purchasing my truck, though the test drive Scott & I took proved to have not bee Scott White & Jeff Thompson were exceptional during the process of me purchasing my truck, though the test drive Scott & I took proved to have not been long enough or hard enough as the next day the truck was missing when under a load or up a hill. When I took it in, Dan Blocker did a great job finding he problem but the $995 price tag for maintenance on a truck I just purchased was a bit steep! When I complained to Scott, he said he would talk with the manager and try to get me a break on that repair bill since I just purchased the vehicle and that he would call me. I never heard back from Scott! Dan did do some research on my truck and was able to save me almost $100 as the final bill was $901. Had the truck miss fired on the test drive World Ford would have had to make the truck right before I purchased it and the fact that it did so the very next day leads me to believe you should at least be liable for part of it. In the end I got a great truck, with a 100,000 mile tune up some 18,000 miles early, so while I'm not over joyed I am pleased. More
