The only problems seemed to be computer system related more than people related. The computer interface at the dealership was showing basic information for one vehicle but then would give a Carfax report more than people related. The computer interface at the dealership was showing basic information for one vehicle but then would give a Carfax report for a different vehicle.The wrong vehicle sale price for the vehicle I ultimately bought was put on the initial paperwork which I caught after signing. This appeared to be, again, a possible computer glitch of crossing info from one vehicle to another. But the situation was resolved quickly and without any further problems. I do think it is a problem that needs to be addressed in order to improve customer service and satisfaction. More

THERE WERE 27 PICS AND A THREE MINUTE VIDEO OF THE CAR AVAILABLE TO ME TO LOOK AT. SCOTT ALSO WENT TO THE PARTICULAR CAR AND INSPECTED IT WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH ME.
