Awful service department......awful everything.....Was hung up on 3 times by Marissa who answered the phone and then transferred me to voice mails......Diane and Jeff both did not follow up as I have been hung up on 3 times by Marissa who answered the phone and then transferred me to voice mails......Diane and Jeff both did not follow up as I have been waiting on a new door handle for a 2020 Enclave that I should have been called about over 4 weeks ago maybe longer! Neither cared to follow up. Have been trying to schedule an oil change for days but cannot get thru. No loaner cars. Cannot do valet service which is included in the price. Not sure what happened to the handle. but noone seems to care. Please do not buy cars from here and once you walk out they could care less about helping you. Employee is more interested in talking about politics than following up w customers....Trying to get anything done here is a nightmare....Go ELSEWHERE More

Woody gmc sold me a defective lease on yukon! Worst customer service. The effort by the mechanic was lazy rude and ineffective. They made me trouble shoot it for them and called me in to put gas in it customer service. The effort by the mechanic was lazy rude and ineffective. Salesman at Woody Buick - GMC, Phil was the best. He listened to what I wanted in my next vehicle all the way from the specs and the color that I wanted. We have purchased THREE cars from this dealership and for the most part have been very happy. Unfortunately , the night crew at within the Service Department steals the thunder of what I do believe is a great dealership. Every time we have had to bring our car in during the night shift we have experienced a problem and were treated HORRIBLY! The night manager is anything but professional, they never call that evening with an update, they never finish their paperwork so when you call in the next day the girl/woman has to go looking for the paperwork and call you back with an update. There is so much I want to share, but I will leave you with this...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE AFTER 3:00PM! Again, we have NEVER had issues with the day time crew and the work they have done. The Night Crew and the Night Manager are not professional AT ALL! More
CUSTOMER BEWARE You cannot trust any services from Woody Buick, A simple oil change resulted in my front light connector being cutout and the bulb removed. Service s You cannot trust any services from Woody Buick, A simple oil change resulted in my front light connector being cutout and the bulb removed. Service said I have a front light and flasher bulbs that were out. Luckily I refused the repair and took it to my mechanic that has worked on my cars for over 15 yrs. My mechanic immediately called to let me know that the light connector was "cutout" and the front light was not there. I guess Woody thought I would have them do the repair. They wanted to charge me $144 just for the 2 bulbs, not even mentioning the connector they cut out. That would have gotten them another charge to illegally add to the bill. If Woody is cutting out parts to increase simple oil change charges what are they doing to people who have major repairs. There is no way you can know if they are purposely damaging parts or cutting them out to increase their charges. They cannot be trusted. Find another dealer. More

Here is what defines Woody Buick - Unresolved - 3 visits and 20 days at the dealer and the car is still not fixed! Rude - What their service writers are to you when you bring your car back with the same problem. Progress Updates – Not at Woody Buick! I would only get a call several days later letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. Troubleshoot & Repair - Found the sensor with the problem and replaced it twice but it did not correct the problem. Instead of troubleshooting further to see if another module or an electrical problem could be causing the sensor to malfunction. They just gave the car back to me. God – What Buick tech support thinks when they tell the service department “This is a normal operating condition” and all work stops on your car! Qualified – Clearly their techs who worked on my car are not qualified. Found some extra screws in my cup holder that the tech forgot to put back in. Luckily I knew where the screws went and was able to reassemble the panel correctly. They are even unable to put the car back together correctly. Customer Satisfaction – On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 1. Why a 1 and not a 0? They did give me a loaner…. Negative - My entire experience with Woody Buick has been nothing but negative. This has to be the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. If you want to avoid the headache and stress I have been put through. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WOODY BUICK!! More
