Stunning Thievery My wife went in for an oil change, and to have the check engine light checked. While she authorized everything they did...I admit, totally legal....th My wife went in for an oil change, and to have the check engine light checked. While she authorized everything they did...I admit, totally legal....they managed to sell her $487 worth of upcharges and services. They charged $187 to clear the check engine light, and sold her engine oil additives which were dramatically overpriced. They then added another $29 for "technician service" to read the the check engine light...all of which of course can be done for free at auto part stores. While all this is legal, and yes, she authorized it, she did not know how much they were charging or what the add ons were. This is a clear case of taking advantage of a woman. Disgusting and shameful. More

Great experience buying a car I went in on June 23 rd. thinking I was just going to be looking at a car that had caught my eye. Scott in the sales department and Harley in finance I went in on June 23 rd. thinking I was just going to be looking at a car that had caught my eye.
