Donnie was amazing! Being a single woman, I absolutely dreaded buying a car. With visions of used car salesman dancing around in my head, I had my guard up. But my experience at Woodmen Nissan was anything but the unpleasant experience I was anticipating. Donnie Brodhead was my salesman. A true southern gentleman through and through. Never once did I feel pressured and I always felt that Donnie had my best interest at heart. He was nothing but kind and accommodating. Jamon Hughes was also very kind and gave me a great deal on my 2016 Nissan Maxima. I highly recommend this dealership. I like my 2017 Pathfinder, but. this dealership's sales staff left me very disappointed. From start to finish, I had the feeling that all that mattered was to get a vehicle sold and this dealership's sales staff left me very disappointed. From start to finish, I had the feeling that all that mattered was to get a vehicle sold and off the lot. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted. I don't consider myself a "difficult" customer and don't need all the schmoozing. But, I would have liked to feel that these guys were really interested in making me happy with them. I visited several dealerships while looking for this right-for-me Pathfinder, and was treated with more genuine interest than this dealership showed. After we came to terms on a price, I felt all that they wanted was for me to sign and leave. This low miles, certified vehicle had less than an eighth of a tank of gas in it, and when I asked why the tank wasn't full, the response was that "...that was the best that they could do". No kidding! So, I needed to fuel up on my way home, and couldn't figure out how to open the gas door. I looked for the owner's manual and there wasn't one, anywhere. I had to call the dealership, while sitting at the pump, and waited until my sales rep figured out how the gas door opened. I asked what happened to the owner's manual, and that, of course, I wanted/needed one. After several contact attempts, I still am getting the run around. How can a Nissan dealership not have a 2017 Pathfinder owner's manual?! I am still hoping to get one from them, and soon, unless this review gets in the way. Other than the services that my certified Pathfinder was promised, I will go to another Nissan dealership for any other service or parts. SPattee More
