Basically an average experience. First off, our salesperson was very willing, open, friendly and personable. Had everything on his end ready to go, knowing we had a long drive back ho First off, our salesperson was very willing, open, friendly and personable. Had everything on his end ready to go, knowing we had a long drive back home. The dealership however was time intensive, finance was a long wait. We have a car now with only one working key (fob won't work even with a new battery and no fob or second key was offered, we asked and were given the typical "we'll see what we can do" response.) We were also told (we didn't ask) we'd be given at least a quarter tank of gas (we bought a large suv), however by the first intersection after leaving, the low fuel light was already on. Again, our salesman knew we had a 4+ hour drive back yet he didn't make sure someone gave us a little fuel to get us going. He left the lot (to drive another car) before we could've told him about the fuel issue and, as is almost always the case, we definitely felt like once we had keys and paperwork signed, we no longer mattered at all. We are VERY grateful for the time and consideration we got. They did accept a small deposit to hold the car, and that definitely meant a lot to us. Not sure it was worth the time and money to go to Woodmen necessarily. Certainly, if we lived in-state and didn't need accommodations or arrangements to hold a car, we would have been left with a pretty sour experience. In the end we felt like we made a lot of effort to get a car we felt would be good for us (which we were fine with) and they really could have cared less about sending us off with a little fuel or a working key fob. In our opinion it's just another dealer doing what dealers do. For the record we've gotten much better service from the smaller vehicle lots and will likely never be back on a dealership lot again after this purchase. I know we could always "babysit" the issues til we have what we think we deserve, but that's where the "service" part comes in. If the customers were truly the priority every time, we wouldn't have needed to say anything more than once. More

They will fight for me to get a deal. I met Matt Clift at three to test drive this car and it took a lot of extra effort to get me a deal that I felt comfortable with. It took several hours, a trip across town with Matt following me, and countless calls to multiple insurance companies before I signed the final paperwork. The managers, Brad and Rodger worked with Matt to get me a killer interest rate and a car that I felt extremely excited to buy. More
Easy Transaction-Low Pressure Sealed the Deal! I went on USAA's Car Buying Service while I was in having my 2014 Armada serviced. A few minutes later I was approved for a 2017 Armada Platinum and w I went on USAA's Car Buying Service while I was in having my 2014 Armada serviced. A few minutes later I was approved for a 2017 Armada Platinum and worked with Josh Aybar who was servicing my old Armada and Seth Edwards to close the deal and put me in a new 2017 Armada Platinum. Transaction was seamless and very easy from start to finish under 3 hours from me deciding that I had to have the new Armada. Seth was very professional and worked diligently to close the deal. Very little pressure which allowed me to think through my terms for the deal. More
