ZERO Customer service skills! On Tuesday afternoon we were greeted by a salesman named Nico. He was professional and friendly. He was trying to explain different rebates they were currently running for a vehicle we were interested in. He was in the middle of discussing features when his supervisor walked over... The supervisor, a red haired guy with a beard, was absolutely, by far, hands down the most vile disrespectful human being I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He treated us like complete garbage! He even proceeded to talk highly inappropriately, loudly, about us openly outside in front of everyone in the front doorway! We had our child with us! There were other people outside! I came here because I had previously purchased a new car here just a few years ago, but won't be back or reccomend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be publicly humiliated for not wanting to immediately rush into the first car they look at. After only 25 minutes of talking with Nico his supervisor expected us to be fully ready and committed to buy right then and there, no exceptions. "Let's go! Get back out there. They are wasting your f****** time. They have no f****** money! If they aren't ready to buy right now, move on, get them out of here! Why the f*** did they come here if they aren't ready to buy?!?
