Hi Carlos, We appreciate it very much that you purchased a vehicle from us a few months ago. It sounds like everything overall was to your satisfaction. You brought up how someone called you named Ryan Davis about a warranty offer. Carlos, there is no Ryan on our staff. That person might be a solicitor or telemarketer trying to drum up business, but he's not a staff member here. I am sorry to hear about this individual that we don't know was trying to create some confusion about the coverage you have for your vehicle. If you would like to speak with someone here about what kind of coverage you do have, I would be glad to put you in contact with someone in our service department or in our finance department. Please let me know if you would like to get information from someone here about your coverage, and possibly about any options that we might be able to provide.
