Service is fast and efficient with updates every so often so that you know where they are with time and progress. Folks at the counter are super easy to talk to and have no problem sitting down with you to go over what has been done and what needs to be done to your car. There aren't any surprises either - which is extremely important for a car dealership and service center. Everything is straightforward and exactly what you ask for. They also offer coffee while you watch some TV in their waiting area - a nice touch. More

Service department is terrible! Go anywhere else Took my car in because it was leaking oil and smoking. After a week, I got it back and it was still leaking oil and smoking. I immediately returned my car to have it fixed again, and it took the service department an additional two weeks before I got my car back. Unfortunately, it is still leaking oil so I'm not sure what they did in those three weeks but they certainly didn't fix my automobile. Eight trips up there, three angry discussions with the manager, and 1k later, - I still have to get my car fixed. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Go anywhere but here. I'd give zero stars if I could. More
