The sales team is extremely pushy. We felt almost trapped in the building because they didn't want us to leave and shop other dealerships. Thieves and liars. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer, how good of a customer you’ve been, or how much money you spent…. They will lie to your face, know about issues with the cars they sell and bury it. Say things are “up to spec” but they are in poor condition. Stay away from any Evergreen owned company. More
This dealership is all about money, they do not want to help customer or even care about them. They sold me a car that has had multiple check engine lights on and it supposed to have a new engine. They sent me home with no heat in my car. We were there for 7 hours. The car we test drove had not been cleaned. After promising me they would MAKE SURE every piece was accounted for (the soft top with the Jeep Wrangler). Absolutely Despicable behavior. More
When you have to repeatedly call a dealership to get numbers and information it is pathetic. There is absolutely no reason that a customer should have to call the dealership 4 business days in a row jus numbers and information it is pathetic. There is absolutely no reason that a customer should have to call the dealership 4 business days in a row just to get numbers. I live 3 hours away from this dealership and had a very large interest in a used vehicle that they had. I have a 2021 vehicle for trade that is a Ford. It is under warranty there is nothing wrong with it at all so it should not be hard to get a trade number and even with a range of flexibility is acceptable but the fact that I can't at I can't get anybody to return my call or half the time no one in sales will answer. It's pathetic. Only to be called 6 days later to be told that they just sold the vehicle last night. But they did not mind running my credit well knowing it was going to be sold.. I very much do not recommend this place as I use to sell cars for a successful dealership. The customer service is awful. More

I purchased a 2005 F-150 in 2002, along with an extended warranty, from Cloquet Ford and Chrysler. The warranty cost $1300. Great truck with no problems until last month, when there was a minor problem wi warranty, from Cloquet Ford and Chrysler. The warranty cost $1300. Great truck with no problems until last month, when there was a minor problem with the headlights. I took it in and had the problem diagnosed as something wrong with a module associated with the lights. When I presented my extended warranty paperwork, I was taken to an employee's office and politely told the warranty was worthless because that company had gone under. The employee gave me an 800 number (which I called while in his office and was immediately put on hold) and also told to contact a dealer in Moose Lake whom was familiar with the situation. I paid the $143 diagnosis cost and left. It is neither my fault or that of Cloquet Ford that the warranty company went under. However, it would have been nice if they would have cut me a break on the diagnosis fee. I don't see their action as a good business practice. More
