I leased my Ford Ranger Lariat from this dealer in 2019 and then bought it from them in 2022. I have no complaints regarding the saleperson, Greg Sulc or any of my encounters for maintenance. The truck is and then bought it from them in 2022. I have no complaints regarding the saleperson, Greg Sulc or any of my encounters for maintenance. The truck is a great vehicle. My issue was when I bought my vehicle the finance guy did a switcheroo with the finance rate. He quoted me a number. I countered that I had a much better offer from my own credit union. He said he would try to match it. He got on the phone and said he could almost match it. I said OK and he even pointed to the new number on the tablet on his desk as we signed the documents. Several months later I was reviewing the loan documents from the financial company underwriting the loan and the interest rate was 1.5 % higher. I make alot of money and have an excellent credit history. I am a loyal Ford customer, but I will never go back. You shouldn't either. If a business can't treat loyal customers well, then then how do you think they will treat you? More

Sent in our 2017 Ford Explorer for some recall repairs. We figured why not have them check out why our front wiper blade switch is broke and the wiper blades won't turn off. On the internet we found this to be a very common problem with Ford Explorers. A quick check on Amazon and a replacement part OEM Motocraft SW7688 can be purchased for 58.00, Woltz and Wind advised it was 99.00. A quick check on YouTube and the repair is shown completed in multiple videos in less than 10 minutes. Woltz and Wind gave estimate of 339.53! After hearing of almost a 50% mark up on the part, and 240.00 for labor I intended to do the repair myself, but was advised that we were still going to be charged 100.00 for diagnostics! Diagnostics, the switch doesn't work and the internet is polluted with proof support that this is a notorious issue! Why would we pay 100 dollars to see if the switch doesn't work! Turn the car on and you can see the blades not shut off is all the diagnostics that is needed. Do you ever wonder why people hate dealerships for repairs! More
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about their vehicles, warranties, etc. Fair price paid and fair price allotted for trade. Buying process was straight-forward. They'll answer any questions and vehicles, warranties, etc. Fair price paid and fair price allotted for trade. Buying process was straight-forward. They'll answer any questions and/or find the information you are requesting. I believe they set the standard for car buying. Woltz & Wind has been in business for a long time and the reason is attentiveness to customer needs. I cannot say the same for other dealerships who have been around for a while and are expecting customers to buy based on name recognition alone. If you are looking for a new/certified/used car in the Pittsburgh area - I highly recommend Woltz & Wind. Remember - you are buying the dealership just as much as you are buying the car. Ask for Steve Siegel. More
