Opportunity Missed Been in the Market for a new SUV for the past month or so. The positive things about the lot is that it is organized and has a decent selection. However, upon recieving a “last day of the month” I decided to go in with hopes of coming out with a new SUV TODAY. Mark the sales guy was overwhelmed with customers, and instead of a great deal and new car. I got a non-negotiable price and a low ball trade offer for my car that was drawn out over 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Mind you negotiating was the quickest part because there is no negotiations at Wolfchase only rebates. Just really disappointed because I had a perfectly fair, good deal at Gossett Kia I turned down To go to Wolf Chase. The no negotiations part is just ridiculous, That’s the fun part of buying a car.
