Untruthful Salesman I bought a new Ram 1500 after being told that it had a 3.55 rear end by a salesman named Tom. After finding out it had a 3.21 rear end I went back to I bought a new Ram 1500 after being told that it had a 3.55 rear end by a salesman named Tom. After finding out it had a 3.21 rear end I went back to Tom who said he remembered telling me that and he talked to his manager that said there's nothing he could do. So I called chrysler to complain and they called the dealer where Tom says he never talked to me about the gear ratio. More

Dodge Ram Service 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was having problems with warning lights, and overheating. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday morning, and talked with Tim on Mon 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was having problems with warning lights, and overheating. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday morning, and talked with Tim on Monday. Make a long story short, they wound up replacing the engine. Reason was a failed water pump. Had to go back a few days after pick up, for 2 fouled spark plugs. Tim told me the old engine would be sent back to engineering for complete analysis. I am hopeful when to dust settles, I can learn why to water pump failed. More
