we bought a pre-owned certified car from this dealer 29 days ago. started making noise when stopping. took it to a mechanic to see whats wrong. it needs breaks. called this dealer to let them know that the days ago. started making noise when stopping. took it to a mechanic to see whats wrong. it needs breaks. called this dealer to let them know that they missed that it needs breaks when they did their pre-owned certified inspection. they said there's nothing they can do and that we waited to long to tell them. and they would look at it for a fee. very rude sales manager. I do not recommend buying a car from here. I was going to buy another truck from them in a few months. not anymore I'll be taking my money to a more professional and diligent dealership. that care about the safety of their customers. More

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT WOLFCHASE CHRYSLER IN BARTLETT, TN! they did not inspect my car thoroughly before they sold it to me. They are supposed to fix everything on a used vehicle before they sel BARTLETT, TN! they did not inspect my car thoroughly before they sold it to me. They are supposed to fix everything on a used vehicle before they sell it! I brought it back up there after I bought it and they lied to me and told me there was nothing wrong with it because it was a double clutch transmission. Turns out I still ended up having to replace the clutch. It cost me $2029. Because they would not fix it!! I will never buy a vehicle from them ever again!! More

I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 in for initial warranty service with seven problems. Not one single problem was addressed, as all were can not duplicate. Kept the truck for two days. This is my third Ram service with seven problems. Not one single problem was addressed, as all were can not duplicate. Kept the truck for two days. This is my third Ram truck and my last. If they can't do warranty repair, what good is it. When they called me for a reference of my service experience and found out I was dissatisfied, they very quickly cut the conversation short and I never received the survey in the mail. That should tell you that the available information is skewed. I haven't any info about sales service. I will try another dealership for service. More

Had a Wonderful Experience I walked on the lot unsure if I would be approved let alone get what I wanted...and both happened! Everyone was so nice...they greeted me as I came in I walked on the lot unsure if I would be approved let alone get what I wanted...and both happened!
