Never again will they get my money I came in for a issue with my vehicle. After waiting til the next day to get my vehicle I paid the $525.00 for services. This is the worst place to go for service . When you take your car to a dealership there is a level of customer service that is expected and no one in the service department at Wolfchase have . When you take your car to a dealership there is a level of customer service that is expected and no one in the service department at Wolfchase have that level of care-I had to ask the business operator for the names of the persons I spoke with because they either did not provide, short with conversation or I never saw the advisor I booked my appointment with to get contact info. I have sat in the service center twice and no one in this department appears to be happy working there or care about the customers. FOOL ME ONCE-A few months ago I took my car into Wolfchase for a front end shaking concern and oil change when I arrived I was informed that there were a couple of recalls and asked if I wanted them taken care of the recalls; before I answered I made it clear that this was my only car and if they could get everything I needed and the recalls taken care of yes please complete and was assured that all would be done the same day-didn't happen. The only services completed were the recalls (2) of which were not my major concerns and the (female) service advisor had the worst attitude when asked about why services were not completed. I swore not to go back and told the Service Manager that but figured it may have just been a bad day so I take my car in for service on 6/5/2017 FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME-for intermittent starting and the guessing game began for 2 days and was told the car was repaired (battery cable and residue around the battery post) and charged for repairs. NOT REPAIRED the next morning the car did not start again. I called and left a message the next morning and as of today 6/8/2017 I have not received a return call to address my concerns. Unless you need additional stress in your life, got time to kill, do not care about the customer service you receive from the people you pay for the service, enjoy lack of communication concerning your investment or have low expectations for customer service there is no reason to take your automobile to WOLFCHASE only to have a Jeep dealership guess what is wrong with a Jeep that they manufacture and are certified to repair. I still do not know the name of the people at the service department that is just the impression they made-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! More
