Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs responded

I do understand the guest concern with time, we were hoping that he would understand the time was taking a little longer due to he had the brakes installed at another shop. This shop had installed the brake sensor wrong, which allowed the wire to get damaged. Not allowing us to just reset his brake warning light. So after this diagnosis he authorized us to replace the brake sensor which then allowed us to reset the brake warning light. So as you can see it was a little more than just resetting an ECU, we had to diagnosis and repair another shops mistake first.
