By the time I contacted Winslow BMW I pretty well knew what car I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I found the car online and drove an hour to test drive the car. I felt the price I received was reas what car I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I found the car online and drove an hour to test drive the car. I felt the price I received was reasonable and was happy to see the price we agreed on was about 1k below kbb retail price. Out of all the sales guys I test drove with at various dealer locations Bob was easily my favorite pick. However, the Ralph Schomp dealership didn't require anyone ride with me and that was nice too. UPDATE: The next day after buying the car and personally cold starting it for the first time I noticed a rattle that goes go away after a couple of minutes. I decided to take the car to my local dealer and it turns out that the timing chain is stretched and the repair is estimated at over 1k. This repair is covered by a warranty that expires in 5 months...good thing I was proactive in this matter or I am sure I would be left covering the cost on my own. More

My family and I were looking for a very specific BMW. I looked on the internet, called Winslow BMW and spoke with Mr. Bob Evans. Mr. Evans and I talked about the car we were looking for, he described the looked on the internet, called Winslow BMW and spoke with Mr. Bob Evans. Mr. Evans and I talked about the car we were looking for, he described the one he had in stock and I determined it was exactly what we wanted. He had the car washed and parked in front of the dealership when we arrived. It was perfect. We took a test drive and made the decision that this BMW perfectly met our expectations. We made a deal on the BMW and drove it home that night. Mr. Evans went carefully through every detail concerning the car, it's performance, and operation, and was very thorough in his description and instruction. I would definitely recommend Winslow BMW as a fine place with whom to do business and Mr. Evans as a great sales person/consultant, by being quite knowledgable and accommodating in dealing with his customers. No hassles, no upselling, he j Winslow. Working with Bob Evans was great. I told him I was in a hurry, so he helped streamline the whole purchase. No hassles, no upselling, he just got me what I wanted at a very fair price. He's good at responding to emails and voice mails. He's the ONLY sales guy that called me back when shopping 4 other BMW Centers! More
I brought my car in to get the ecu re flashed and was told it would take an hour and a half to do, an hour half later I have to go find a service department person to get an update! I then find out that told it would take an hour and a half to do, an hour half later I have to go find a service department person to get an update! I then find out that they have no idea what's going on and that my car hasn't even been looked at yet! And now I have to wait another 30-45 mins. Poor service! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone for service. More
Over a period of about 9 months, while we were deliberating about "taking the plunge," we worked with Bill Fishe. Throughout this time we took a couple test drives, and asked a lot of questions. Bill was very patient and thorough. During the ordering, selection of options, receiving, and pick-up/payment process Bill kept us well informed, made sure we were satisfied with everything about the vehicle (X3), and followed up after the sale to see if we had any questions. Too soon to tell about service, but I expect that will also be an exceptionally good experience. More
A class operation that gets all the details right. I was treated with fairness and respect by all employees. Minor details were ironed out without any drama. I have purchased nearly 10 vehicles from Winslow BMW over the course of the last 5 years both new, used and leased. They have been consistent in exceptional service, always fair pricing, and a great no-hass the course of the last 5 years both new, used and leased. They have been consistent in exceptional service, always fair pricing, and a great no-hassle experience. I recently was looking for a used car for a second family car and approached several other dealers all of which were a total miserable experience. I reverted back to Winslow as I was confident that they were a dealer I could trust and always provided the same level of exception service whether it was for a new $60K or used $15K car. Can't imagine working with any other dealer. I have worked with Bob Evans for years who has always gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were being taken care. More
I love these guys at Winslow BMW! Working with Bill Fishe isn't like working with a Client Adviser at a car dealership, he is more like working with a friend that happens to sell some of the best cars Fishe isn't like working with a Client Adviser at a car dealership, he is more like working with a friend that happens to sell some of the best cars in the world. I was out of town on business and asked my wife to take my 2008 328xi in for an annual service, and while she was there with our daughter to pick up the vehicle she spotted a beautiful red BMW Z4 sitting on the showroom floor. She called me right from the dealership and said she had found the car of her dreams. At 50 years of age now, I have learned one thing and that is, "A happy wife makes a happy life", so I made an appointment to test drive the car on a Thursday after I returned home. I figured I would point out the impracticality of trading our car, which only had 20K miles on it for a two seat roadster and then we would be on our way. Boy was I wrong. I test drove the car and fell in love with it myself, but still tried to throw up road blocks along the way to make sure I was getting what I really wanted. I needed more for my car in trade and they did it, I needed less for the purchase price, and they did it. How can you not work with a bunch of guys that try so hard to give you a great deal. The paperwork was started that afternoon and I was driving home in my shiny red Z4 the next day. More
