Both of our vehicles had issues within a week of driving off the lot. They told my husband that the best thing to do would be to trade in his 2021 truck that he had for 3 weeks for an even older one (2017) off the lot. They told my husband that the best thing to do would be to trade in his 2021 truck that he had for 3 weeks for an even older one (2017) with a significantly higher payment (because now we have to have the extended warranty in case anything else happens). Plus they're getting yet another down payment from us, when the right thing to do would have been to move the one from the first truck that had just barely been paid to the second truck. I will never step another foot on this lot, and neither will our family or friends who have been through this all with us. More

Fabulous service. Since I had already driven about two hours to be on time for the (now invalid) appointment, my immediate next step was to call other Chevy dealerships within range. Rob at Windy answered the phone personally (not a robot!) and not only immediately offered me a choice of appointment times, but was also enormously helpful in facilitating the purchase (and installation!) of some accessories I had been wanting. Overall, I am just delighted with the customer service at Windy and plan to use them as my preferred dealer going forward. More
