He apologized later and redeemed himself..He did a good job during the test drive and after the sale. I liked his personality and follow up. The 3 people I tried to buy the car from that evening kept me for hours and when it came to closing the deal they would not honor what was already agreed on by the first rep. It felt like a bait and switch and they did not try to call the first rep and kept using a higher price. I felt totally dishonored by them. If the first Rep had not called me back and had the General Sales Manager handle the sale, I would not be a customer. The GSM was excellent and gave me the respect and the proper starting sales price that had been agreed on. His professionalism and good nature when I was upset allowed me the opportunity to purchase the car. It was what car buying should be. More
