Johnny Sparks was my salesman, and he was AWESOME I drove out to Windward City even though there was a closer dealership for Hyundai in town, as they had the color and make that I wanted. Johnny Sparks was my salesman and I felt that he really went to bat for me and gave me a fantastic deal. I felt that he was sincere and honest. I still have his cell number as he gave it to me and told me to call him anytime I needed anything. His manager, Rachel, was also great and brought the price down do an offer too good to pass up on, even though I have to drive 30 minutes to get my car serviced. Also, the service dept. was great, as was the managers Clifton, and Quentin, who both came to the rescue and provided me with a loaner car when we ran into some gliches with a service light and needing to have a vehicle to drive in spite of enterprise being closed at that time of night. I've have my auto since May 2016, and it's only June, but so far, they have been great. If they keep it up, They might have me for life. I switched from Infiniti (whose service dept can't be beat) as they just didn't go to bat for me (in the sales dept) and even though I had been an infiniti driver for YEARS (brought my vehicle from AL when I moved to HI), I felt like they didn't care that I was a loyal customer. My point is not to insult Infiniti, but rather to impress upon you the significance of Hyundai's sales and service dept so far, from JOHNNY SPARKS( he is the BEST) to Pat in the service department, and all of the people in the middle. I am glad to be part of the Windward City Hyundai Ohana. Hopefully, I'll be able to say that in 4 or 5 years when I buy a new car. Sincerely, Reagan Ponder, MD More
