The unproffessionalism of this office made our selling experience a complete nightmare. They had my car and clear title for nearly 2 weeks before issuing a payment to me and that was only after I called f experience a complete nightmare. They had my car and clear title for nearly 2 weeks before issuing a payment to me and that was only after I called for 2 days in a row to get it. The check is a hot mess. Our names are spelled wrong and it is $12 short. Katie treated me as if it was my fault that the check was not issued promptly. This is Unacceptable!! More

The Service manager was in contact with us daily but we still had to leave our car for several days for an effort that was told to us, would require one full day. Jacob was friendly but appeared to struggle with different stories coming from the wrenching department. If the pace of the work would slow down a bit, clearer communications could result. Dealerships do not make any money from RECALL work and I can see how it's not the highest priority. We also asked at the beginning of the work that a safety inspection be completed on the car when done, and it was not. The business pace of the Service Department is very fast. Small issues seam to be dropped or forgotten. More

Jacob and John, our mechanic were so accommodating. I was on my way from Maryland to Alabama when my car suddenly wasn’t running correctly. Their check on my engine gave me the confidence to continue on to the next 8 hrs of the journey and keep going even though it quickly became clear that the problem wasn’t fixed. The actual problem was under warranty and has been fixed in Alabama. More
