Surprised I believe the prep fee was excessive and was a convenient way to get a higher price than was listed. Not happy about that. A brake caliper repair do I believe the prep fee was excessive and was a convenient way to get a higher price than was listed. Not happy about that. A brake caliper repair does not cost $1200. A car listed at $2000 went to $3200. Still a borderline reasonable price, but way more than expected. I would have expected to pay what you had listed on the website. More
