I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. From the start, I felt the communication was overly aggressive up to responding initially. I received multiple calls and texts in one day dealership. From the start, I felt the communication was overly aggressive up to responding initially. I received multiple calls and texts in one day, which felt excessive and made me feel like I was about to be bullied into something. I stated clearly that I would not be coming in due to these abundant communications, and their response was unnecessarily defensive and condescending. What concerned me most was being told they had gotten an “exception” from a bank to approve me, even though I never submitted any personal or financial information to them up to this point. I have no idea how they claim to have an approval without my application. Then to say they would call the bank to cancel it as if I had no other options, came off as a manipulative tactic. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership based on how they handled our interaction. More
