We take claims like this seriously, which is why it’s important to correct several inaccuracies in your review. At no point did Winchester Mitsubishi “promise” anything verbally — all agreements are documented in writing at the time of purchase. If a spare key was included as part of the finalized bill of sale, it would already have been handled through our standard process. Regarding the invoice you referenced, our team requested proper documentation from the Audi service department because the first submission did not meet the requirements needed for reimbursement. We cannot pay invoices that do not include the mandated information, and we cannot move forward without receiving the corrected paperwork. Communication only stalls when the documentation does. Your claim that the dealership “stopped responding” is also incorrect — our management team has already reached out and is still waiting on the required updated invoice so this can be resolved properly. As for the BBB comments you mentioned, online complaints do not represent the thousands of successful and transparent transactions we complete every year. Calling this a “bait-and-switch scheme” is simply not accurate. If you would like this matter resolved quickly, we invite you to have Audi resend the invoice with the correct details. Once the appropriate documentation is received, we will process it immediately. Winchester Mitsubishi follows documented procedures on every deal, and we stand by the integrity of our process.
