My salesman knew very little about the car he sold me. I was disappointed that none of the features were working come to find out they were all turned off. Car was not detailed properly. I had to go back to see about an inspection and also too have the front tag plate put on. I also inquired about the refund of the gap insurance. Paperwork was not processed the first time I went back for an alarm going off. I was told that they would cancel it all together coke to find out the guy never processed it the new guy was very rude and said it wasn’t his problem and said he would only prorate it from today forward he finally went and got my file and saw that I was correct I had signed the paperwork but he still didn’t want to backdate it he went to speak to a manager and he agreed I was due the full amount back the guy came back and 1/2 heartily apologized. I felt he did that just because he was told he was wrong. This was my first and last car I will ever buy from them. Now the service ladies are very nice and helpful I was very pleased with how they handled things. More

She purchased a 2023 Audi A4, and the dealership promised her a spare key as part of the sale. They later told her to have the local Audi dealer send them an invoice so they could pay for the key directly. The invoice was sent exactly as instructed — yet Winchester Mitsubishi never paid, and then completely stopped responding to both her and the Audi service department. I have the full email trail, the invoice, and confirmation from Audi that no payment was ever received. After looking into their record, I found multiple BBB complaints from other customers describing the same kind of run-around, which appears to be a consistent pattern. Buyers beware: get everything in writing and do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership. My mother has been left without the key she was guaranteed, and I am now helping her take the issue to small claims court to recover the cost and hold them accountable. This experience feels like a bait-and-switch scheme — unprofessional, unacceptable, and entirely avoidable had they simply kept their word. More
