No one is forced into any package, and every customer signs documentation acknowledging the terms. As for vehicle availability and repairs, delays can happen — but we do not engage in bait-and-switch tactics. Our team works hard to communicate honestly, and we have no interest in misleading anyone. Regarding the ceramic coating and warranty: the product sold is backed by the manufacturer, and terms are clearly outlined at the time of purchase. If there was confusion, we encourage customers to reach out directly for clarification — not make accusations online. We understand buying a car is a big decision, and we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. That said, spreading misinformation does not help anyone — especially future buyers looking for the facts. If you’d like to resolve any outstanding concerns constructively, we’re available. But we won’t apologize for things that didn’t happen the way they’re being portrayed.

All feature settings on your vehicle can be activated or adjusted through the vehicle menu, and our team is always available to walk customers through these systems at delivery or anytime afterward. Regarding the detail and inspection, those services are always available upon request and we're glad you came back so we could make sure everything was completed properly. As for the GAP cancellation, the documentation you signed is what determines the refund amount and eligibility. Our process requires the file to be reviewed before any adjustments can be made, and once management verified the correct information, the refund was approved in full. The situation was resolved based on the contract terms, not personal opinion. We appreciate you recognizing the service department they work hard to assist every customer professionally.
