During the sales process, once they learned I would not be financing, the salesperson informed me that my trade-in value would be reduced by $3,000 and that the new vehicle would only be sold at full MSRP. I also qualify for the GM Supplier Discount, but they refused to honor it, stating that the “owner” would not allow the discount because the vehicle was in high demand. This approach made me feel that customer value and loyalty were not a priority for them. Purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Wilson Cadillac early 2024 from stock and the transaction went smoothly, however, I ordered a new 2025 Escalade from Joey, a salesman there, and had a confirmed price upon 2024 from stock and the transaction went smoothly, however, I ordered a new 2025 Escalade from Joey, a salesman there, and had a confirmed price upon ordering. When the car arrived Joey sent me pictures and said he'd send the paperwork. Much to my surprise, he then pulled a fast one and told me the price would be about 5% higher and that I would also need to take $2,700 in dealer add-ons I didn't order and didn't want. I spoke with Chris the General Manager and he said he wouldn't be held to anything Joey agreed to, even in writing, and that he had buyers at the higher price and I could take it or leave it. This was a total bait and switch to use my name to order a car that they then could go and sell for more than they agreed to sell it to. me for. Buyer beware. They are shady and dishonest. I will never again purchase a vehicle from Wilson Cadillac or recommend them. More

Received the news today that they can’t sell it to me unless I pay over MSRP or finance the full thing so they can make extra money on it because they are loose on the 24s they have in stock! But I’m sure they made PLENTY on the 21-24s in Covid! I would stay far away from this Greedy dealership! Just ruined my wife’s Xmas Gift she was super excited to get! Everyone in the dealership that we interacted with was amazing and didn't treat us poorly, unlike most dealerships once they find out your credit isn't perfect, they start to treat you like you are beneath them.
