Ethan was great and stayed in touch and answered my questions. We picked up the vehicle after dark and I did not drive it for a day or so. And when I got in, I noticed there were all these things in the floorboard on the passenger side as well as a pair of sunglasses and some and a tire gauge, and I thought, where did that come from? Then, I realized those were items from my glove box. I have had my car service by Wilson since I purchased it in 2016. Never has there been anything to indicate?That someone had been in the glove box, which I realized is where a filter is located. I did call the dealership, and let them know what had happened.And they did try to return my call.And I was not able to answer. Another pair of sunglasses that were in the glove box are without 1 lens ( laying loose in glove box) and items were just stuffed back in there and I had to rearrange, in order to get the door to shut. Helped to find the issue quickly, worked on getting the part as fast as possible, car was fixed and ready for pick up when Josh said it would be once the part came in. When we got to the financing portion of the purchase, there were no hidden surprises, any additional expenses were options we chose.
