No one really wants to go out of their way to help you When I walked in I didn't know my service advisor It was 7:30 in the morning and there were three advisors doing nothing but not one wanted to help W When I walked in I didn't know my service advisor It was 7:30 in the morning and there were three advisors doing nothing but not one wanted to help When I went to the manager who was not busy he pointed me to my advisor instead of just helping me as he saw my advisor was helping someone else. When my car was ready I could not open my Cadillac account on my phone and it kept locking me out After convincing the service attendant that this was a Cadillac problem and issue he was able to get my credit When I asked about a quote for new tires I was sent to the parts counter were the young attendant couldn't figure out the size tire or specifications and told me to go out and take a photo of the tire when they brought my car down and come back to him. Apparently you all don't train your people on proper service as he could have just called the mechanic to get the specs or just look it up in the computer as he had my vin and car model. I had to waste my time to go out to the car when they brought it down take a photo and walk back to the young inexperienced worker to get a quote on the tires that was $500 more than what I eventually paid at Tire Kingdom I have been a Cadillac owner for nearly three decades but with the service I received would rather consider buying a Toyota Genesis or maybe splurge on a Bentley If you need someone to teach your group customer service give me a call Paul Susz 786 213-9104 More
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested my concern about a malfunctioning radio. As a first-time customer, I immediately felt unheard. I was later texted that my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership an hour and a half later, I was told the radio hadn’t even been tested yet and the car was still in service. I had to wait while they completed work that should have already been done. Then came day two. After everything that had already happened, they decided to keep the car an additional day. I had to secure a rental, and I received no proactive communication. In fact, I had to repeatedly call just to get a status update because my service advisor was completely unreachable. I live less than 1.5 miles from this dealership, yet based on this experience, I would rather drive across town to a different Cadillac dealer than return here. Cadillac positions itself as a premium brand. The service experience should reflect professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard.
