I had an appointment for 10:30 and arrived a bit early however my 1:30 minute appointment turned into 2:30. Staff was a bit rude and loud when I questioned the delay (Alfonso) giving me an explanation ab however my 1:30 minute appointment turned into 2:30. Once car was ready I was told to pick it up at the valet and after waiting about 10 minutes I was asked if I wanted my car washed. I declined because it should have been done before the car was released and not after the fact and delaying me even more. More
