My wife and I have purchased two vehicles, a new Yukon XL and a used Yukon from this dealership. The service on the sale side was excellent provided by Omar Barbachan with Cesar Rojas from finance. The use Yukon had an issue with the paint from a defect, identify by the dealership. With the support of my service advisor, Mike Valladares and his manager, Rolando we were able to work with General Motors to help cover part of the cost to do the complete repair on that part of the vehicle. I was referred to Williamson Collision Center where Gabriel Mendieta handled the entire process that took about two months with complete professionalism and courtesy. We are extremely satisfy with not only the sales part but also the service and repair side of the dealership. I highly recommend not only GMC for its top vehicles and being now a GMC owner since 1999 but also this dealership for New and Used vehicles. La atención recibida durante el proceso de venta fue excelente, gracias a la labor de Omar Barbachan, con la colaboración de Cesar Rojas en el departamento de finanzas. El Yukon usado presentaba un problema en la pintura debido a un defecto, el cual fue identificado por el propio concesionario. Con el apoyo de mi asesor de servicio, Mike Valladares, y de su gerente, Rolando, logramos gestionar con General Motors la cobertura parcial de los costos para realizar la reparación integral de esa sección del vehículo. Fui remitido al Williamson Collision Center, donde Gabriel Mendieta se encargó de gestionar todo el proceso —el cual tomó cerca de dos meses— con total profesionalismo y cortesía. Estamos sumamente satisfechos, no solo con el área de ventas, sino también con los departamentos de servicio y reparaciones del concesionario. Recomiendo encarecidamente no solo la marca GMC, como cliente desde 1999, sino también este concesionario en particular, tanto para la adquisición de vehículos nuevos como usados. My Buick Envision had to go back to the repair shop once again on Monday, December 8th, due to software problems and a faulty tire pressure sensor. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. John Varela, Service Consultant, who at all times provided professional, technical, and extremely courteous service.
