No one communicated with me what was wrong with my vehicle. When I called my service advisor to ask for status, he replied with a text that read, my car is with a technician. I got another text a vehicle. When I called my service advisor to ask for status, he replied with a text that read, my car is with a technician. I got another text a week later advising me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I arrived at service center, the cashier assisted me immediately and called for my car. I waited for 20 minutes or more for my vehicle to be returned. There were NO other customers before or after me waiting. This is the 2nd time I’ve waited longer than 10 mins. I doubt that I will return to Williamson. I’ll drive a few extra miles for better customer service. More
