This dealership is only good for oil changes, I took my vehicle for an AC diagnostic and had an appointment. My appointment was at 8am and at 4pm I still did not have an answer from the service advisor. AR vehicle for an AC diagnostic and had an appointment. AROUND 4:30pm after calling more than 6 times I finally spoke with the service advisor, he tells me that they most likely would not be able to diagnose the vehicle that day (Friday) and that they will not touch the vehicle until possibly on Monday. The service advisor knew I was not pleased as we hung up the phone. Around 6pm I received a text stating that the repairs to the vehicle would be more than $3k. I than called the service advisor, tried several time and finally I was able to speak. I asked him how would it be possible for them to diagnose the vehicle so quickly and without charging the Ac with freon. He could not answer. To make the story short I had a brief conversation with the service director on Saturday when I arrived to collect the vehicle, he really seamed not interested of our chat when I pointed out that the invoice statement show a $10 charge for shop repair material fee. I then asked him WHAT DID THEY REPAIR as the vehicle was only diagnosed. He gave me a vague answer. I told him attention to the small details makes an enormous difference as if you mis charge 1 customer is equivalent to $10, but when you do this to thousands of clients it equals to tens of thousands of dollars. I called another Cadillac dealer keep on mind I have been servicing my vehicle at Williamson for years and that other dealer quoted me hundreds of dollars less... I will NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO WILLIAMSON CADILLAC FOR ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING... If any of you are reading this and serviced you vehicle at this dealer CHECK YOUR BILLING STATEMENT if you have yet to have you vehicle service or repaired, I suggest you call another dealer as they will most definitely quote you a better price. I also gave this information to the Service Director who was not interested or even asked or offer to provide an equal or better quote. He stated that the labor hourly rates are what they are... More
