What a drag! I had took my vehicle for body damage and the radiator was damaged. They took 3 weeks to fix the problem only it wasn't fixed. After about a month I I had took my vehicle for body damage and the radiator was damaged. They took 3 weeks to fix the problem only it wasn't fixed. After about a month I noticed my vehicle overheating, so I pulled over to let it cool down. I took back the next morning and received at call later that day explaining that it was only air in my lines and that everything was fine, no problems. After driving for 6 months I took my vehicle in to have oil changed into a different business and explained about the overheating issue, they looked it over and advised that there was a leak in the radiator area. I immediately took back to Jack Sherman and they advised it was a defect in the part. Wow! why didn't they notice this from the beginning? Then I got another call advising they would need to keep the vehicle that they order more parts! More parts? I spoke with Scott manager over service and explained that over the last several months of driving the car could have caused more damage to the vehicle such as head gaskets blown, motor freezing up, pistons not functioning correctly and was told that they (Jack Sherman) could not be responsible for future issues such as what I was talking about. They wanted to pawn the problem on the insurance company for paying for a refurbished part. I explained that it was not the insurance problem that they don't do the work. The lack of incompetence in there judgement of parts that fit a vehicle was amazingly disturbing. After the 3rd time of taking the vehicle in for servicing I called my insurance company and they will not pay Jack Sherman anymore against this claim and I am free to take my vehicle to another company to have serviced. I would not recommend Jack Sherman for any service issues. I would hope that a purchase would be a much better experience, but don't count on that! More

So I called Toyota directly and told them what happened. The woman on the phone couldn't believe it! She apologized for my experience numerous times. She said she was going to contact Jack Sherman directly and request they fix their mistake, but since they are a separate entity, she cannot force them to do so unfortunately. Sure enough, the next day I get a call from Greg, customer relations manager, following up on the complaint he received from Toyota. He basically told me there was nothing he could do (as the people above him had already informed him they did not care). It really is a shame that there are people out there willing to lie to customers to make a buck. I feel better knowing that I've at least prevented many colleagues from purchasing vehicles from this place. I highly recommend the Toyota Rav4- it is an excellent SUV. Just purchase it from a more ethical dealer. I've also noticed that any time Jack Sherman receives a bad review, someone immediately goes back on and gives them 5 stars and some generic review saying they are great to boost their ratings. Don't fall for it. More

I made it VERY clear how important a car starter was since i have had three surgeries on back and shoulder and heavely rely on it melting snow off my car, and they said no problem you just have to upgrade to a more expensive model plus $600 for the factory installed car starter. i bought on a saturday and called to complain about the fact my car wouldn't start unless i went outside and was close to the car on wednesday. they looked at it on monday and said it works as designed and wont start if there is any obsticles in the way and cant be far from car. ummm my chevy would start no problem very far away through glass cars whatever but not the toyota ones! i wanted to return car and get mine back and they say no problem but my toyota that i spent $31,575 plus taxes and tags is only worth $25,000 because it had 100 miles when i asked to look at numbers to take it back. i was told we need to look at numbers and get back with you. i waited a week with no calls so i had to call them. i was given two sets of numbers to buy my car back by the sales manager and we agreed to take the lose only to be told that rob said no way. so i talk with rob who is the rudest man i have ever spoke to. he talked to me like i was idiot and he was superior to me because i am a women and he is a man! my friend sat with me listening to him talk down to me with disgust! when i traded in my car i only owed 17,000 on but he wants me to buy my same car back and finance $22,000 and at one point we were at $25,000. so for a few days of driving there car they want to make $5,000 off me! wow great customer service! i was willing to let them make a little money off me when we originally agreed at $19,277 but $22,000 REALLY that is a disgrace and taking advantage of people when the sales manager knew darn well this was a deal breaker for me!!! Do Not recommend!! i will NEVER do business with Jack sherman again and i will tell everyone!! This is not my first toyota but will be my last for sure!!! More

Called Jack Sherman toyota and spoke with a sales rep named Lino Stenta? Made an appointment got there and he wasn't no were to be found. We he finally showed up he got me in a car right away. Then before I knew it they wanted 1 grand down.so I figured ok that covers the taxes, so I would only be financing the cost of the truck. Well little did I know the sales man added a hidden fee of 1099.00$ on my paperwork for rust proofing. After I found out about this I went back to the dealership and Lino acted like he knew nothing about it, and said to me that should have only been 99$, witch didn't sound right either. So I wanted to talk to the finance person who wrote up the paperwork and he wasn't available. The next day Rob had returned my phone call and apologize to me for any confusion that may have occurred during my visit with lino and he went out of his way to correct the situation. They credit it back to my account. I was very thankful for all Robs help in this matter, And to know that Jack Sherman Toyota not only cares about their reputation but their customers as well. Don't say we didn't warn you Unfortunately, I am one of the many who have been mistreated at Jack Sherman. As a warning to anyone shopping for cars, I was in your shoes not too Unfortunately, I am one of the many who have been mistreated at Jack Sherman. As a warning to anyone shopping for cars, I was in your shoes not too long ago. For what should have been a happy and exciting first time experience, I not only had a terrible one, but it was probably the worst experience I've had in any customer service related business of my life. Not only was I lied to and cheated, but when it came time to correct their mistake, the VP actually told me that he was not going to and did not care about losing my business! He spoke down to me, and continued to say I was "beating a dead horse" by asking them to rectify their mistake. I will be reviewing them on every website I can find and telling every person I know. I know many people, myself included, who take referrals seriously before doing business with a person or company. I hope my story can prevent even just one person from having to go through what I just had to. More
