Jeff made the whole car purchase experience a positive one from start to finish. It was easy to schedule the test drive. No haggling was required to get what I considered to be a far price on the car. When I mentioned getting a trailer hitch, he had one installed at no additional cost. Dishonest service department defrauds unsuspecting customers Charged my mother $278.62 to replace her brand new car's tire, when a $20 plug would've sufficed. My mistake for not going with her. Now we're dealing with trying to get the money back. Be careful. These people are dishonest and will take advantage of anyone. They claimed that she drove on the tire flat. This is an outright lie. She made it clear to them that the TPMS light wasn't on when she began a 7mile drive, and it was still off when she ended the drive. When she returned to the parked car, there was a flat tire. She had AAA put on the spare without moving the car. The hole was tiny, and in the tread NOT the sidewall. I would've repaired it myself, but figured the dealership would plug it for her for free. Instead they took advantage of her and stole $300 from her. SHAMEFUL! Follow up. I got a call from the service manager, and he outright lied about the situation to me. He decided to claim there was rip in the sidewall too in addition to the puncture. This is untrue! I checked over the entire wheel, and the tire had only 1 defect--the completely repairable puncture. I used soapy water and compressed air, like any mechanic would. Only the puncture created bubbles. When I called xx on his new claim about the sidewall, the gentleman when on to say "we don't do that here. We don't give refunds" As in, they don't own their mistakes, or admit to defrauding their customers. Dishonest, greedy money grubbing opportunists that will take advantage of anyone, selling them the most expensive repair where a minor fix would be adequate and safe. Really....AVOID! Buy your car from a reputable dealership, and NEVER take it to these thieves for service! More
