During this visit when I was walking to my car, one of the service techs was moving a customers car and didn’t look behind him when pulling out and I had to yank my 8 year old out of the way at the last minute. The driver(employee) didn’t even apologize. I called the service manager and he apologized but also noted that they know it’s a bad area. The employee still hasn’t said anything to me (next day) and the dealer never called up on me to provide any updates. More
