They Don't Want To Sell SUVs I was a loyal customer of Jack Sherman Toyota until now. I’ve successively leased RAV4s for many years with my current 2016 lease expiring in May. I’m I was a loyal customer of Jack Sherman Toyota until now. I’ve successively leased RAV4s for many years with my current 2016 lease expiring in May. I’m in the market for buying or leasing a new 2019 SUV. I’ve never, ever, missed a payment and my FICO credit score is 850 out of 850 according to Wells Fargo Advisors. So why am I getting a bum’s treatment this year? I went to the local car show at the mall last week and entered the Jack Sherman display of new cars. I explained to the man there that I was looking for a new lease or purchase. I asked what deals they had and inquired about a zero per-cent loan. He told me that no dealership offers one anywhere, anymore. The next day I went to the Nissan dealership and saw their advertisement for zero per-cent purchase. Jack Sherman lied to me. This morning I went into the Jack Sherman showroom to talk to someone about a new SUV and walked around looking at the new cars on display. Not one salesman offered to assist me. I brushed me teeth and combed me hair and was better dressed than those salesmen busy on their computers while I was there. I wonder what they are watching on their computers that is more interesting than a customer with money in his pocket. ?????? Hmmmmm More

The quality and dependability of Toyota vehicles is well known to most auto buyers, but the service that accompanies your purchase is questionably known only to those fortunate enough to have one in their driveways. I have never had an experience during my service visits that wasn’t less than exactly what I would want from an auto dealership. All the staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on making my visit short and very sweet (and the cookies aren’t bad either)! I highly suggest new car shoppers consider this after-the-sale portion of their buying experience as Jack Sherman will not disappoint! I couldn’t give five stars on service value as I haven’t had to pay in so long I’ve forgotten. However, I have a friend in the repair business as well - and his shop rate is the same. More
