There’s an element of trust in buying from someone who lives and works in the community. They have fancy websites now that you can order vehicles from. I don’t think anything can top someone local helping you to buy something local. My husband coached with Joe for my daughter softball team! More

They tried to rip me off. Wouldn't trust these people to fix my lawnmower! Had a problem with a Toyota Tundra. They ran a diagnostic (hooked it up to a computer and the comp Wouldn't trust these people to fix my lawnmower! Had a problem with a Toyota Tundra. They ran a diagnostic (hooked it up to a computer and the computer told them what was wrong) and found that it was a faulty speed sensor. Then charged $110 for the diagnostic! They then tried to charge $320 and $100 for two parts that I was able to find online for $160 and $45. I took the online parts prices in and the response was "Uh......." They quickly offered to refund the parts cost. I ended up finding an aftermarket part with the same warranty as the official Toyota part for only $20 (instead of the $320 they wanted to charge). (I asked the Service Rep what the difference was between the Toyota part and the aftermarket part when they both offer the same warranty. Got a blank look.) I then went to an independent shop and got a labor cost of $80 to $100. Jack Sherman was going to charge an additional $280 - plus tax - for labor. Jack Sherman's total bill would have been over $820. The total cost by NOT having Jack Sherman do the install is $300. Saved over $520! Also, both Matthew's and Gault will apparently waive the diagnostic fee if you have the repair done by them. Not Jack Sherman. You are gonna pay for the diagnostic no matter what. Because, as I was told, "You are paying for a $50,000 computer." A 20 year old laptop has the processing power to run a diagnostic on a vehicle. Why they paid so much is beyond me. But, I assume that the other places also paid a lot for their diagnostic computers, too. Yet they waive the fee.... Go figure. More
A pleasant experience. Jack Sherman Toyota has been our favorite car dealer since the early 80s. The sales people are friendly and accommodating. Prices are always fair. I highly suggest asking for Mike when you go to buy a vehicle. I have bought 10 cars/SUV's from Mike at his past job and now will buy my next car from Jack Sherman as long as Mike is still there. My oldest daughter leased her Rav4 from Mike as well. Thanks for all your hard work Mike!!! A big thanks to everyone at Jack Sherman for making everything go so smoothly. More
