We have purchased and serviced Honda vehicles in the past from this dealer and its predecessors. We have always been completely satisfied with the courtesy and customer service we have received from the Sal from this dealer and its predecessors. We have always been completely satisfied with the courtesy and customer service we have received from the Sales and Maintenance staffs - in particular Dave Raymond and Ed Ropp. When I decided to pursue purchasing a new vehicle, Dave was not available so John Evans most effectively pitched in for my test drive and made the arrangements for a preliminary deal. Dave finished up the final sale arrangements and coached me through the high tech gadgetry so that I was comfortable with the vehicle before I drove it away. I was very pleased with the entire sale experience and I have no doubt that if I wish to buy another vehicle, I will visit Williams Honda first. Likewise, I will also be using Williams Honda for Maintenance on my new vehicle because I have had such great customer service in the past from Ed Ropp. All in all, this is a customer oriented dealer and they will do their best to keep you coming back for any sales or service needs you may have. This was an early turn in because of over mileage on a 36,000 mile lease. Dave Raymond carefully walked us through what was a unique new car lease. Dave walked us around the car pointing out external changes then got in with us and went through all the new electronic features, encouraging us to try most of them. We then drove the car on the highway to experience the changes first hand. We wanted to keep our monthly payments about the same as our previous lease so he and Ed Sophia worked out the base price so this could be done. They were both very knowledgeable and thorough and always warm and friendly. We would highly recommend both of these men to anyone looking for a new car. More

He tries to get you in the right vehicle after hearing what your driving requirements are. My last purchase was a CRV for my wife. I was extremely happy with my first purchase of a new Civic and my wife liked the car enough that we went back this fall to buy a second one for her. It was a simple plan, pick a color, make an offer, trade assessment and sign paperwork. No need for test driving , no selling, nothing that would take any time, a fair deal and we would be done. Unfortunately this time they tried to low ball the trade by at least $1500. I explained that they were way off what I was expecting and it was left at that, no reconsideration or anything. I later spoke with the salesman and explained why I was put off and he offered to have my trade reassessed by another manager, but by that time it was too late and they had lost my trust. Probably lost any repeat business and they still have all of the Civics sitting on their lot that they had when I was there. *UPDATE* I went back to Williams Honda to take a look at the 2013 Civic as I have been extremely happy with my 2012. Brad Lister met me in the parking lot and explained that he would like to work something out as he wanted to make sure the dealership had done all it could to make things right. I took the 2013 Civic for a quick test drive and upon returning to the dealership set down and discussed the situation, both the bad and the good, and he was very clear and transparent as to how he came to his numbers. He also gave me the opportunity to discuss the numbers that I had brought to the table, and was very open that he wanted to do his best to be fair with me. Given the opportunity to get what I considered a fair trade I agreed to meet him in the middle and I went on to buy the 2013 Civic. I really appreciated that, not only did they know that I had been in and had a less than stellar experience, but they were very open to a discussion. I have to give credit to Brad as he personally took the blame for my previous experience (whether it was his fault or not) and went the extra mile to make sure I knew that my business was appreciated. I, also, want to thank Dave Raymond for taking over once I had worked things out with Brad and picking up with the sale as though nothing had happened. These guys really made me feel that the original issue was nothing more than a fluke. In this new light I have to say that I feel Williams was definitely worth the second chance. More

We travelled over an hour to check out Williams. They were nice and courteous. There were no bully tactics involved. They gave us a good deal on the new car and the trade in right off the bat. They had ideas for making service calls easier on us since we live so far away. Found information on accessories for us. if they wre in stock or needed to be ordered. We would buy again from them.
