Ask for Scott! He was very helpful. We have always bought new cars in the past, so this was scary for us. Scott helped us find a vehicle of our choice which was only one year old, 12000 miles and in our pric new cars in the past, so this was scary for us. He also told us that all the trade ins that they recieve are thoughly gone over inside and out. We would take our business to Wild again. In fact Scott has been in the process of helping our 19 year old son find his first car.....so say tuned for the results!!! More

I purchased a new jeep grand cherokee last week and the experience was by far one of the best I have had ever purchaseing a new vehichle. FACT: Put deposit down on a new car that was supposed to be available. Wasn't. They cashed our deposit check and still have our money. Would not recommend them to anyone for the purchase of a car. They will sell you a car they don't have access to and then will hold your money. More
The real answer to the above question is maybe. Depends on who all gets involved. Mike was very insulting by bringing payments back instead of price of car. we made it perfectly clear we were buying a car, on who all gets involved. He also came back with an 8.9% rate indicating we must be a bad credit family. We paid cash for the car. We had remote start added to the car, to be installed by the dealer as part of the final pricing. Three different times the dealer called to tell us the car was ready for pickup and I asked is the remote starter installed, they said no, it needs to be ordered. All three times I said then the car is not ready to be picked up, do you think we are going to come in, pick up the car, and make an appointment to come back? After the third call we were called that the remote was installed and now the car was really ready to be picked up. When we picked up the car, all was very good and my wife is enjoying the car. More

Ask for Ed Sullivan. The sales and trade-in process was easy. Ed was "no pressure" which I certainly appreciated. Ed did an excellent job taking care of us getting what we asked for on our new Dodge Ram 1 easy. Ed was "no pressure" which I certainly appreciated. Our family expanded and we bought 3 cars form Bob in the past 2 years. He was a great help with all 3 and got us into what we were looking for!! We would definitely recommend him as a sales person. My father purchased a used 2011 TOYOTA Rav4 on 12-20-10. My father is old school(in his 70s) and was disappointed with the salesman from the get go; Bud. After the usual painful going back and forth on price(hours long), my father negoiated a deal he was comfortable with BUT insisted a second key be supplied as I would be driving the car too. Of course he was told that would not be a problem by the salesman. The next day he returned with a cash payment for which they still tried to convince him to finance the vehicle; again upsetting him. AND ... no 2nd key and the car was not ready to be picked up(we waited over an hour). He was given a piece of paper that said "WE OWE YOU" a key within 30 days. This was a deal breaker to him and I had to convince him to stay and move forward with the deal. Well today is 1-24-11 and guess what NO 2nd key. I called the dealership on 1-21-11 and spoke with Bud's mgr Mike as Bud was not working that day and then to Mike's mgr Pete today. Better yet I am now told the 30 day notice does not really mean 30 days for Wilde to follow thru by per Mike... and when I shared how disappointed I am in the lack of them fulfilling their promise to my father....I get cut off rudely on the phone by Mike. Oh and I just received a call back from Mike minutes ago saying he called me back on Friday - isn't that funny that my cell phone company (just double checked) shows no record of a call from this dealership nor do I. Guess honesty is not part of this dealership's customer service techniques. And looks like a road trip to a Wilde Toyota dealership is in my near future to get a 2nd key made for my father. Per Mike (moving beyond the 30 day issue) he is only trying to solve my problem and my father and I should have known we would have to do this as the key needs to be programmed. Do you think the salesman told us that? UGH. Just a horrible experience! More
