No sales "bullsh..." but rather offered great customer care by truthfully answering our questions about the Jeep Compass(like most people, I had done my home work and knew the right answers to the questions I asked.) More importantly, he didn't insult our intelligence, nor was he condescending. He gave us a great price on our trade ($ 1,700.00 more than their 2 competitors), and gave us the bottom line price the first time without playing "car dealer games." The price was $ 400.00 cheaper than either of the 2 competitors when comparing apples to apples (including all dealer incentives and customer credits as well as options and specifications.) Nice job Nick. More
