I am pleased to say that we just leased another Town and Country Van from Wilde Dodge Wilde Dodge in Waukesha, WI with exceptional service from Jeff Beamon, our salesman. He helped us three years ago lease a 2010 Town and Country. Now a 2013. Both experiences went beyond our expectations. I was able to text almost all the information to Jeff Beamon. I am unable to talk on a phone at work, but I am able to text. Evenings are out of the question, because of the limited family time we have with our children. I had texted Jeff Beamon with the exact options, color of van I wanted, and the price I wanted to lease a new van for three years. He was able to do the research immediately and get back to me with what he found on the lot at Wilde Dodge in Waukesha. He would give me a variety of vans to look at online and do the research and compare. He even sent me that photos of the window stickers posted on the vans. It was like I was in the car lot shopping, but at my convenience of my time available to to this. I did all the research off my smart phone at work on a break. Jeff was always available, jut a phone call away if I needed to talk to him. This 2013 Town and Country van is our 7th van we leased. We lease every three years (36 months). We have leased our last 6 vehicles with Wilde Dodge in Waukesha because of the competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. But mainly because of our favorite car salesman, Jeff Beamon. He goes up and beyond the expected customer service. He makes the dreaded car purchasing an enjoyable experience. He is fast and efficient. We don't have time to play games to purchase a vehicle. Jeff and Josh did a great in locating the vehicle I was wanting to buy and explaining all the equipment. My husband and I just ran into Justin at the front door of the dealership as we were coming in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was so friendly in a casual way ( not pushy as you sometimes find at de of the dealership as we were coming in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was so friendly in a casual way ( not pushy as you sometimes find at dealerships) He went out of his way to go out to a remote lot to get the exact model we were interested in so I could test drive that model. He made picking up the new vehicle equally as enjoyable. He didn't prolong our time at the dealership, since he was aware we wanted to pick up the vehicle and get on with our weekend. He did a really great job on going over the Jeep's features with me. And over and over said to call him with any questions. Would definately recommend Justin and Wilde to others.
